With this money we were able to complete our project to purchase and
install additional computers and equipment desperately needed for staff. Where
previously 12 staff shared 5 computers with TECT’s contribution we’ve been able
to purchase and install additional computers, a much needed resources as our
services rely heavily on the recording of information and outcome data.

In addition some of you may recall back
in 2011 and 2012 the Driver Licensing programmes that were run by Maketu Health
& Social Services. This was thanks
to the support shown to our community by First Sovereign Trust.
Although some time ago now it was thanks
to their financial support that we were able to run these programmes.
Promote awareness about road safety and
vehicle issues, and reduce the number of unlicensed drivers in Maketu.
